Am at Linuxworld in Boston. At the Linux System Administration Tutorial, the
speaker, Josh Jensen (Cisco, RH, IBM), declared that Grub doesn't support
software raid on /boot. Because of this we should NOT use grub with Raid,
rather we should use lilo. Lilo does understand /boot is mirrored.
