[gentoo-user] Where is my Gateway's IP address kept?

Hi, Everytime I reboot, I lose my gateway, and have to configure it by hand. Were is that info suppose to be so I can add it to the file and save it? I followed the instructins and got my /etc/host and /etc/resolve correct, but dont know where the gateway data would be. TIA Bruce -- [EMAIL P
