Hi all, I understand that the world file is supposed to only contain packages that I emerge manually, and not their dependencies.
So, I went through my world file and found there are some packages in it which are actually dependencies. I copied the world file to another name and ran regenworld. I found that it wanted to put the packages that are dependencies back into the world file, and I am curious about why. Can someone explain? Thanks much, William -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing list
