it to work, guess im just not cut out to be a hacker :-p LOL. but i did
solve my problem by going with unstable. my question is if i go to
unstable to install one package and return to stable will i have any
issues? is there a
ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~x86" emerge packagename
Put your arch in place of x86 if you don't have an x86.
