I found the problem. I had kdebindings 3.1.3 installed. Some time ago
kdebindings 3.1.3 was removed from portage and the newest not blocked
kdebindings then was 3.1.2 which itself needed the hole kde 3.1.2

One way would be to pretend to install KDE 3.1.4 and see what blocks

Hi
When I 'emerge -pu world' portage always wants to downgrade my kde. First I
thought its only a temporary problem but after a few emerge rsync's its still
the same.
How can I find out what blocks kde 3.1.4 or needs 3.1.2? There is nothing in
the package.mask
Thanks in advance
Daniel
