i hardly try to run gdesklets on my gentoo whit xfce4
i have emerged all the packages and now i have the
gdesklets in the menubar. if i try to run gdesklets

zh, not to sound crass but if you haven't seen any traffic on this message
it's most likely because no one has an answer for
gdesklets in the menubar. if i try to run gdesklets
start
/..path_to_some_display.info i get this:

That's probably because you need to start gdesklets in two steps:
1) Run 'gdesklets start', and wait for the command to return you to the prompt.
2) Run 'gdesklets open some.display'
