app-admin/eselect-opengl is the tool that will allow you to select the openGL
implementation,
and it will create the relevant symlinks for you, just like this one.

I did get this message when I tried to compile Frozzen Bubble. So I
decide to update my system, and try it again, but, unfortunately, I did
get the message again:
