Hi, I've been trying to do some research about the DRM drivers, but without much success. Can you give me any hints as to where to look? I've tried the open source radeon drivers before trying the proprietary fglrx drivers, and it was significantly slower than the proprietary ones for 3d stuff (

If you use control-alt-insert, you can open a new session with the same properties as your existing X session. This will also include 3D support. Well, at least it does for me and I run an ATI 8500, but I dont use the propriatary trash that ATI spews out. It has 5% of the features that it should

Hi, I don't seem to have hardware acceleration for OpenGL on any virtual terminals other than the initial one (vt7). Is this the way it is supposed to be? Also, the 2D acceleration on vts other than vt7 don't seem to be as fast as the vt7, although I do have TV-Out. I'm using an ATI Radeon 920
