Hi I am a KDE 3.5 user and do not want GNOME since i don't use it. The best diff application that I know of is Meld (I have tried kdiff3, kompare, gtkdiff, tkdiff and of course diff). Meld is a GNOME and Python application and depends on among others gnome-python and gnome-python-extras. Hence
