[gentoo-user] package seems to block itself

Hi. I seem to have a strange situation where a package block itself or that is the way it seems. If I try to do emerge gnupg this is what I get. emerge gnupg cfg-update-1.8.0-r3 : No new packages have been emerged, checksum index OK... These are the packages that would be merged, in order:
