I just tried to update websvn from 2.3.1 to 2.3.2 (+vhosts)
Here is the line I used (with webapp-config ~1.50.18):
$ webapp-config -V -U -d websvn websvn 2.3.2
And here was the result:

* Parameter my_dotconfig: .webapp
* Parameter vhost_server_uid: root

When I do a webapp-config -U -d /squirrelmail/ squirrelmail any-rev it
always overwrite one of my configuration files:
plugins/squirrelspell/sqspell_config.php.
During the update the program recognizes that the file (sqspell_config.php)
has changed but overwrites it anyway.

cgiirc-0.5.8 got installed as part of the regular update world cycle
yesterday. It was slotted alongside 0.5.7. At first, I noticed that the
vhosts USE flag was turned on when 0.5.8 got installed. So I re-emerged
it with -vhosts. After that, I unmerged cgiirc-0.5.7. Tried to start
apache
