[geos-devel] SVN repository switched to read-only, new developments in GIT

I've turned SVN into read-only mode, and pushed the first git-only change in Gogs. Then updated the mirroring scripts to still mirror on the github and gitlab repos. All committers please request access via the Gogs interface: https://git.osgeo.org/gogs/geos/geos --strk;

[geos-devel] RFC2 (Committer Guidelines) needs a review

The committer guidelines (https://trac.osgeo.org/geos/wiki/RFC2) describes how new committers are given SVN access, but that information is now outdated because new committers will need GIT access instead. How do we go about revisiting it ? Do we write a new RFC superceeding number RFC2 ? Are RFC2
