My boss said SELECT ST_Translate(wkb_geometry, random()*30, random()*30) FROM your_table cannot meet his requirments. He has a jar file which can create random data. What he need is using these data to offset GIS data after getting GIS data from DB and before publishing maps on Geoserver.
