It seems one of the GeoGig OSM plugin tests was hanging. The test was trying to access a known bad URL. Not sure what changed around Feb 24 related to this, but it wasn't any of the GeoGig code that was submitted around that time, so I think it may have just been a coincidence. At any rate, I've @I

Hi, during the last few days I had to repeatedly kill the geogig-plugin build which had been stuck running for several hours (today, it was like 8 hours long, but I have killed builds that had been running for 2+ days): http://ares.boundlessgeo.com/jenkins/job/geogig-plugins-dev/ ​ Looks like so
