I think I understand the point of Jody. If the definition of the level of logging stays the same, you know you can have a given information by asking a customer or a user to set the logging to level YYY. If the definition has been changed, you won't have the information to help him or her. To me

Hi, For my mind it is usually better to ask beforehand that to correct possible misunderstandings afterwards. The GeoJSON authors are not my family friends but I have seen that they are responsive in the web. You can for example tag "hobu" and "sgillies" in GitHub and see what happens. -Jukka
