org.geoserver.ext.config) could alleviate that.
We’ll start shelling out an upgrade plan and socialize it around in the
next month or two…maybe talk it over in Bonn?

I had fixed this previously and we had moved on to the issue with the GeoServer
not starting due to GeoTools logging….will fix again
