How short can the instructions be made Andrea? Is it just copying a jar into the JRE? We could add a blurb to the end of each release, similar to the "About GeoServer 2.5 Series", highlighting "Try This'. I am sure we can rotate through things to try, but we could leave Marlin on rotation for 6 mo
