No problem. Looks like an intermittent fault. Enough people have
complained to githib that they should be motivated to fix it.

means let's disable it for now. Although I just did an svn up in that module
and the external worked (but i did see it fail as well last week).
Anyways, external is now turned off. Sorry for the inconvenience.

github is not playing nice with svn, breaking your community/python svn
external in GeoServer trunk, and breaking my buildbot, not to mention
"svn up" failing locally. Please see the evidence and links in the Jira
