Sounds great, have a community +1 here.
A small concern: I don't quite get why GML32OutputFormat shall extend
GML30OutputFormat. If playing subclassing, would it be possible to have
a GMLOutputFormat abstract class that 30, 31, and 32 inherit from?

Almost forgot: +1. (I put it on the page and fixed the PSC list, but
forgot to reply here.)
(I still owe Justin a thorough scrutiny of his patches.)

"Filter Encoding Specification" is the current OGC jargon for Filter.
The XSD path still has "filter" in it, but the namespace has "fes":
http://www.pvretano.com/schemas/filter/2.0.0/filter.xsd

Hi all,
During the last few works I have been working on initial GML 3.2 support in
GeoServer. I am at a point where I would like to commit to the trunk. Here
is the proposal.
