should check the repo for changes as stated in
https://docs.weblate.org/en/latest/admin/continuous.html#automatically-receiving-changes-from-github

Yes it is possible, and yes you could change the PR format indicating this
is a doc change.
We may wish to consider translations as “small doc changes” to avoid need
for a ticket :)
