Hi All,
I have Geoserver 2.0.2 with built-in GWC. I wrote simple GWC config
file containing
?xml version=1.0 encoding=utf-8?
gwcConfiguration
xmlns:xsi=http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance;
xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation=http://geowebcache.org/schema/1.2.2/geowebcache.xsd;

Try changing the name value namegis:HMA2003_100329/name so that it's
not the same as the WMS layers value. You'd have to activate the line
wmsLayersgis:HMA2003_100329/wmsLayers (-- don't change the
wmsLayers value) Then put the new GWC layer name in your GetMap request.

Can anyone think of a way of putting the feature type name as a label in an SLD
without storing the feature type name as an attribute to the layer? Perhaps a

MySQL has limited spatial capabilities - they do have geometry storage and a
spatial index. The main problem is that all spatial operations are done
against the bounds of the geometries. So they're not exactly accurate. So
if your polygons are all boxes then it'll work great, if not then it'll
A quick question - did you deploy the WAR version of Geoserver in Tomcat or did
you copy an existing Geoserver installation into Tomcat's webapps directory?
Because if you deployed Geoserver as a WAR then you wouldn't have another
webapps directory inside of the Geoserver directory. It's
Hmm.. trying to use the PropertyExists function and not sure how to reference
the feature. I would have thought that it would only take one argument, the
