Hi Robert,
Hi Simone,
I have imported raster data into oracle spatial 11g r2 as georaster and
configured with ImageMosaicJDBC plugin datastore.
- Geoserver version is 2.1.0.
- Connections: 5
- GeoServer RAM 4GB
- JAI Memory 1GB
- Environment : Linux Cent OS
- Dervlet container : Tomcat 6.0
Hi All,
One last question for the week. Does enabling
AllowMultithreading apply to ImagePyramid layers?
Thanks,
Steve

Ciao Hari,
I would need to know a bit more about how you configured this data and
about the server config otherwiser I would be alone in the dark.

I haven't tried it myself, but the mapfish module is not very tightly
integrated with GeoServer. If mapfish printing works with tiled caches at
all, the community module should work with gwc; you just need to configure
the javascript client properly.

Hi Simone,
Thankyou for quick reply.
I am working directly in production environment (only for imageries). So I
need to inform client priorly. If newer version will surely solve the
problem, then i can request them. For checking locally, we dont have those
imageries with us. We are working throug
Hi All,
One more question (to which I think I know the answer) if
unit of measure is used in an SLD in conjunction with dpi in the request, is
the scaling associated with dpi ignored (it seems like it should be)?
Thanks,
Steve

Hi
I would like to know if any document explaining differences (if any)
between OpenGeo Suite components: GeoServer, GeoWebCache, etccompared to
the standalone versions.
I found for GeoServer about the Import data feature (only in Suite), also
think there're some improvements in SRS handling in
Hi All,
Quick question on the integrated MapFish server and
GeoWebCache-is it possible to make MapFish requests through the embedded GWC
instance with the GWC instance acting as a WMS server?
Best,
Steve

Ciao Hari,
quick suggestion since we fixed a few glitches with raster data in
2,1.0, can you try to upgrade to 2.1.1 or even to 2.1.x nightly and
then check this issues again?

Thanks David!
I knew, PNG printing was a recent adding in MapFish but I didn't make the

before the improvement in MapFish... Silly question!

Well, if the PNG output is a recently added feature, it probably is not in
the GeoServer community module which relies on a specific version of mapfish
(IIRC, several months old at this point.)
If you want a newer version in GeoServer, the quickest way is going to be to
fix up the community module
Hi everybody!
So I tried a lot of things to fix this problem! But nothing worked...
Stephen says, there was something to do about with ImagIO. So I
reinstalled this many times, and JAI also. I changed many times my Java
version but without success. So, my problem doesn't come from the this tw

Did anyone find the solution to this? I am having the same problem
I am having issues with 2.1.1 so I tried to revert to 2.0.2 which I know the
image mosaic works fine in.
I get this error when reverting, I havent changed anything in the data
directory. Has the data directory changed for 2.1.1?

Hello
I am using GeoServer recently and I have problems trying to update the
geometry type MultiGeometry (GeometryCollection).
The version of GeoServer that I'm using is version 2.1.1, OpenLayers 2.11
for the handling of geometries. The geometries are stored in a database
Oracle 10g.
