Hi Robin, Sorry for not having a direct answer, but I installed a system like this using Apache and Tomcat servers. I managed to solved this issue using a Apache Tomcat Connector (mod_jk). Maybe you should google for something similar: iis jetty connector for example. This connector component

Robin, The Apache Tomcat Connector for IIS is isapi_redirect. Personally, I found it to be a hassle to set up and am still uncertain if it is fully functional, but then again, I am trained in GIS, not systems management. I only mention it because the documentation appears to be focused on those
