The last FWTools version is 4 years old and new ones will not come. Of course
FWTools still work but much development has been done since that. I prefer
downloading recent GDAL versions for Windows from gisinternals.com/sdk. New
GDAL may not help with your problem but it should not make it

I will check my ogr intsalltion. For ogr installtion I used FWTools only.
I have problem in windows 7 64 bit server machine only. In windows xp
machine the export option is working fine.
I am thinking is there any configuration issue because I used ogr2og2.xml
file for for getting
Turns out this is because there's a "maxBuffer" parameter that is meant to
be exposed in the WMS settings gui but isn't. Instructions on changing it
are in the JIRA.

I've just tested it on a recent 2.5 nightly and a 2.4.3, and it's not
working as it should.
I've set buffer=100 but the GFI is only giving results up to about 20
pixels.
