WPS service with Hazelcast.

we're facing problems with the REST-interface of Geoserver 2.21.0 as soon as
the OGC API Extension is installed.
We get http 404 error while calling:
http://HOSTNAME:8080/geoserver/rest/about/manifest.xml or
http://HOSTNAME:8080/rest/about/version.xml
