Hello,
The definitions of old WFS features sources is not converted into the new
definitions of
WFS features.
All the other definitions is converted correctly but WFS sources. The error
that appears is
no Plugin defined. Conversion from 2.4 tot 2.8 version.

again.
The best solution is to work with a jndi datasource defined in your
tomcat/jetty container and use this connection in
the geoserver definition.

Hello,
We have had an issue with the migration of 2.3.2 to a 2.4.0 series.
The version 2.4 did not correctly transform the context.xml in the security
subdirectory.
We copied the context.xml from the default data directory of Geoserver, replace
this in the 2.4 version
and restarted geoserver.
N
correctly the two version.

Hello,
I made an upgrade from 2.2 to a version 2.3.2 this migration kept
the users but changed in one way or an other the passwords.
Is there a way to recover the passwords ?
Best regards,
Eric Smets

Hello,
The way to do this is indeed to change the style parameter in your geoserver
call to have an other "visual" without the values in it.
