[Geoserver-users] KML Size with ExternalGraphic

Hey everyone, I'm having some trouble getting the SLD Size tag to apply to KML Icon sizes when writing out KML using ExternalGraphic icons. Mark's seem to work fine, but anything using OnlineResource doesnt seem to work. I've tried a number of different approaches but something seems to work.

I am currently running Geoserver 2.6.2 on Windows Server 2008 and Windows 7 x64 and seeing certain GWC urls returning geoserver-dispatch.application files running on windows servers and clients, and having those urls return errors. According GEOS-5245 https://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOS-5245
