at the moment I'm struggling with the problem, that after installing GeoFence,
the URLs of the interal GeoWebCache are mixed up. Before installing the plugin,
GeoWebCache is available at
http://localhost:8080/geoserver/gwc/
and after installing the plugin at
http://localhost:8080/geoserve
