I am trying the Geoserver the first time and just wondering regarding a very poor general performance. After my installation of the current stabele release (2.6.1) on a tomcat 7.0.52 with Oracle Java 8. For my server I use an Ubunutu 14.04 LTS. So far I did not configured any
I have the same issue. Java 7. But the performance of serving up layers seems
much like 2.5.2 so not a big problem for me.
Would be interesting to see if I need to do something to fix it all the same
