To complete my statement :
It seems that the problem only appear on versions 2.5.3, 2.6.0 and 2.6.1.
It works well on 2.5.2.

I found something strange about the metadata links in GeoServer. Mine is 2.6.0.
In fact when I add a metadata link to one of my layer. For example :
http://file_host/filename.xml.
Then in the GetCapabilities response, I found that the server associated to the
