might not) a group admin
administers a particular group, so cannot touch users in other groups.
To do that one needs to have the ROLE_ADMINISTRATOR, which is the global
administrator instead

Just doing some testing around users & groups and noticed that if a
*GROUP_ADMIN* tries to delete a user that is a member of a different group
you get an exception (after a JavaScript confirm message):
