WMS - Capabilities in 2.1 RC3 and whats going wrong?
In 2.0.3 the query of the wms capabilities works - but when using 2.1-RC3
the XML query aborts.
Queries via uDig or Qgis failed with version 2.1 RC3 - but with version
2.0.3 they show the general survey!!
