No problem, you’re quite welcome.

Hi,
I’m currently working with a dataset whose licensing requires a watermark. The
watermark is to cover 10% of the rendered image. This data only required when
zoomed right in. I couldn’t find a way of doing this in Geoserver so I’ve made
a modification to the watermarking to accept a zoom
Actually it looks like once upon a time we (well you) did do this -

Hi Ian,
I have a transparent Polygon that covers the entire UK which has a style
similar to a watermark. I then add that to a layergroup which has the one
or two layers I want to watermark in it. This works quite well and means I
don't need to watermark all of my datasets.
Cheers,

I'm running in to some issues with water marking - if I specify my
watermark on the Layer/ Publish tab the GeoServer can see the image and
correctly guesses the size and image type but nothing shows up in layer
preview. If I set the same image in the global WMS settings page then it
shows up in a s

Hi Andrea,
That's pretty much what I was thinking. But I don't need the entire planet;
just a relatively small box.
Thanks for confirming though.
Semi-related question - when adding the shapefile there are two checkboxes:
"Use memory mapped buffers"
"Cache and reuse memory maps"
What do these do?

Hi List,
I'm interested in adding Watermarking to my WMS and TMS/WMTS outputs, but
only for specific layers. The documentation says it can only be on/off for
everything - has this changed? Is there a way to "cheat" and only get it on
for certain layers?
Could I create an SLD that had the watermark
