scripts. It has been fixed and teh build should be fine now.
However the initial problem jody had brings up the issue of a number of
"zombie" tests lying around. By zombie I mean they are there, but never
get run. We can either

Also that maven build -Dmaven.skip.test=true doesn't cause the tests to be
skipped, it cause each test to fail (!)
