Let us take that as a separate trouble; you ready to make another
FeatureFactory that is better behaved? I would love to have a "strict" factory
for example; or one that is really good at namespaces; and then when it
actually works we can cut it over as the default.

The Name class is supposed to handle what you are doing; if not please let me
know and we can fix it :-)
We introduced the Name interface when String was no longer cutting it; but yeah
give it a once over and let me know if does the job for you.
