Sorry, corrected reprojection console directions here:
For example, in the reprojection console select EPSG:3572 as Source CRS,
EPSG:4326 as Target CRS. Source point -1000 -700 reprojects to
154.99202019855863 -56.77932729754025, but -1000 *-800* reprojects
to 158.65980825409008 Na
Thanks Andrea. I implemented a LambertAzimuthalEqualAreaHandlerFactory and
registered it with the ProjectionHandlerFactory. My implementation is very
simple (maybe too simple), but it is being used and appears to be
constructing the ProjectionHandler with the correct WGS84 validArea
