[Geotools-devel] Releasing 11-beta, feature freeze starts today

Hi, I'm about to start the 11-beta release, which marks the beginning of a one month feature freeze period on the master branch. Please concentrate on bug fixing for the next month, when 11-RC will be cut, at which point the 11.x branch will be created and trunk will be open for new features again
