PostGIS/App-Schema online tests are now pointing at the correct DB and are passing again. The CITE test failure appears to be unrelated to the PostGIS failure - they were already configured to point at the correct database. Based on the error, it looks like there might be a namespace or online res

We're looking into this. So far, it looks like a couple jobs were referencing old DB servers from back when we were running on ares. The Databases were migrated to the new server, but not all the jobs got updated. The old servers finally got turned off, hence why we're only seeing the failure now.
