Hi all,
the switch to Java 11 being the minimum is now landed on all main branches
of the geo-trio.
Stable and maintenance still have to build with Java 8 too so... careful
with those backports!

year but I can think of better things to do with the money.
+1 on the security issues fund (might be able to tap the EU for funds for
that)
