Jenkins has now been updated to run on Java 17 and is back online.
No disruptions are expected from this update. Any jobs with a configured
Java runtime will continue to run on that version. However, any jobs that
do not have a configured version will now use Java 17.

Jenkins will be intermittently down over the next couple hours as I upgrade
the Java runtime to 17.
