So it seems that the Jira ticket ( https://osgeo-org.atlassian.net/browse/GEOT-6755) wasn't marked as resolved/done when https://github.com/geotools/geotools/pull/3256 was merged for 26 I've started https://github.com/geotools/geotools/pull/3639 but won't have any thime to work on that this week

After upgrading one of our projects I noticed that org.geotools.data.ows.HTTPClient could no longer be found; it seems to have moved to org.geotools.http.HTTPClient as part of GEOT-6755. Same thing for org.geotools.data.ows.SimpleHttpClient which was moved to org.geotools.http.SimpleHttpClient So
