Hi all!
I have been investigating GeoTool's Projection support and found that
CRS.parseText() fails for WagnerV WKT. It seems that an entry is missing in
the org.geotools.referencing.opereation.MathTransformProvider SPI. If I add
the following entry
org.geotools.referencing.operation.projection
