Hey everyone, so I've been working on updating the tutorial for the changes
that will be ported for CSVDataStore. I'm finished with the first draft,
although I'm aware it still needs some work. I would really appreciate any
feedback that anyone could offer mostly to the strategy page, which is
entirely new. Especially if there are any glaring errors or
misunderstandings on my part.
The branch presently is here

I went ahead and included a built html version under docs/htmlpreview
<https://github.com/travislbrundage/geotools/tree/csvdatastore-merge/docs/htmlpreview/tutorial/datastore>.
I won't include that in the version I pull request, it's just for quickly
testing. tutorial/datastore is what is being updated.
