Next is a +1 from a PMC, which I, accidentally, am :-), therefore I
give you my +1, since you sent over patches more than once.
Next week I will give you commit rights.

Hey all!
I've sent a signed contributor agreement. What's the next step?
Ciao Chris,
actually my intent would be to push blaz to dome of the stuff you
mention for the GSOC this year. I'll talk to him this week to see what
we can do then we might get back to the list with some ideas.
Simone.

Ciao Blaz,
make sure you send the contributor agreement to OSGEO, at that point
we can give you commit rights to commit your module as an unsupported

Awesome. It would be really cool to add support for GeoWebCache, to
use it as a datastore. And indeed for general WMS-C,WMTS, TMS, etc.
Then GeoServer could backend on to an existing cache.
Simone, after that step is done what more is there to make it so we
can fully return WMS from that

Great. Have you already created a username on OSGEO?
What about the contribution agreement?
Once you have comple

Ciao Blaz,
clean up your module so that it just contains support for openstreetmap.
Then you'll have my +1 to commit to unsupported. Noticed that you'll
have to sign and send a contributor agreement to the OSGEO once you
get the commit rights (see
http://docs.codehaus.org/display/GEOT/2+Committers)
I see that people don't really like the idea of playing with google maps
since there could be some issues.
So i added support for Open Street Maps so there will be no license
problems.

As far As I know,
one could buy a google server and replicate the google infrastructure
in its enterprise, at that point he might be wanting to use this
plugin to access its own data.
Anyway, this code to be donated should be more a demo code than an
unsupported module. As far as I know the idea i
Good morning: We are not really using spike anymore prefering to ask
people to work in the unsupported directory.
GoogleMaps can be a touchy subject since they tend to only like
javascript programmers access that data in a browser. You are aware of
this issue I presume?
If you recast your service
+1 this could be a nice example for new developers an moreover we
could adapt it to other uses.
