Maintenance Release of 11.5 / 2.5.5
-----------------------------------

Torben has commit for GeoTools. Will need to add to source forge and stuff.
Kevin has commit for GeoServer.

We have about 10 fixes on each branch, so enough to make a release.

Reminder: In the blog post remind people to upgrade.

Notes:

* Check over Jira before hand (last release was not smooth). Review
commits to say fixed by 11.5 before running the jira-release job.

To avoid conflict on build box, start this afternoon.

Release Candidate 13-RC1 / 2.7-RC1
----------------------------------

Need extra steps to create new branch, ares jobs.
Note: We can keep the 2.5.x jobs (but will be unscheduled, manual over).

Ben with Jody backup.

Pull Request Roundup
--------------------

https://github.com/GeoWebCache/geowebcache/pull/307
* Ben pull request on GWC
* Not necessary for RC1, just a test change
* Got the review from GeoSolutions

https://github.com/geoserver/geoserver/pull/912
- Thread pools marked dameon (JRE shutdown, but Tomcat stop/start won't
work)
- Kevin can merge

https://github.com/geoserver/geoserver/pull/922
- want these docs merged before RC1
- Jody will ask Mike

GeoFence
--------

Discussion with Niels / Andrea.

Plan is start Monday, two week timeframe:

* Make GeoFence user fetch user from elsewhere
* Prototype integration, with H2 datbase, fetch users from GeoServer
* No UI, No REST API
* Would put Niels in position to start on UI for Rules, REST API

Q: About the API? A: Review GWT code for example. Emanual as contact point.
Q: Timeframe - around a month. Niels may be able to start early stubbing
a UI while waiting for port.
Q: Where does it live? A: Community module for UI, would have geofence
as a dependency.
