GeoPackage is becoming more and more popular, may be worth to run these tests by default in order to capture failures. I believe we have had more trouble with these on Mac than Windows? I would prefer to try this for a couple of weeks, and then if it drives us crazy setup an online test on build.g

Hi, the GeoPackage tests are currently failing in filtering. The failure is fairly obvious, but went un-noticed because the tests are running as "online". Wondering: - Should we keep them online or switch them down to "always run"? However, they might fail on some platform that we don't hav
