GeoPackage is becoming more and more popular, may be worth to run these
tests by default in order to capture failures. I believe we have had more
trouble with these on Mac than Windows?
I would prefer to try this for a couple of weeks, and then if it drives us
crazy setup an online test on build.g
t platform.
