Hey all, TOPP is applying for a grant from the US Federal government that would allow us to build a WFS 1.1 datastore and GML 3.1.1 parser capable of handling the FGDC 'framework' data layers. This would also fund at least some work to help get the complex feature model on to trunk. I've aske
