I've checked out that branch and it builds successfully with -Dall
(OSX, Java 5).
Love the new clean look for CRSLab etc. :-)

copy of trunk.

The patch is now available here:
It is a large patch (as befitting a search and replace for
FeatureCollection to SimpleFeatureCollection).
Given that such patches will "bit rot" as trunk is updated; I would like to see
the proposal below moved on promptly.
