Andrea already mentioned the oracle jar cannot be distributed without some kind of click-through-I-am-not-a-terrorist deal (wonder if Java itself will need one of those now that it is owned by Oracle?). The instructions you found only worked for me when you are in a directory with a pom.xml fil
