Credentials for upload are (IIRC) the same as for the osgeo wiki. The
uploader will also need to be a member of the geotools ldap group;
existing members can add new member. The group currently includes Jody,
Justin, Andrea, Daniele, Rini, and myself. Contact a group member when

I'm trying to help Julian create a POM file for his Unsupported JTIN
module. He's set-up Eclipse to export the POM file, but we are having some
trouble defining the dependencies.
